eView provides a public access website which gives a transparent view of certain activities within eShare - a fundamental desire of governing bodies.

 

eView is a public access front end to eShare which allows you to publish information in eShare to a wider audience.  You can publish as much or as little of the activity within eShare as you choose.

 

Documentation is published within a well presented website for your scheme.

 

 
 
 

 

You can produce additional web pages and edit those pages.  You can take charge of all the content of eView, editing the text and content of each page.

 

Version histories of documents and web pages are maintained so you can always check what a particular page said on a particular day.

 

In addition, you can give permission to others to directly edit the web pages and submit to you for approval prior to publication

 

Producing and maintaining a website is now as easy as editing a word document.
