At the heart of the eShare Board Portal solution is this intuitive and functionally rich knowledge store.

 

All authorised users can search for the information they require, and will be unable to access information which they do not have access to. Combine with the other eShare modules to create the total governance solution.

 

eMeetings

 

·     Schedule meetings with an online meeting space.  

 

       Add meeting information including venue maps; agendas; attendee list; meeting minutes; pre and post meeting actions and add related documents.

 

       It saves considerable time with a “two click” PDF board pack creation function. It is also an easy way to pick the best dates for your meeting as it can send out reminders and attendees make their choice of available dates.

 

      eProcedures

 

      Putting procedures in place is one thing, ensuring that they are followed can be a difficult exercise.

 

      eShare ensures all procedures are followed, by creating an audit trail and marking which steps are complete by allocating mandatory steps to the relevant party.

 

      The documents for each procedure are easily stored and located within the workspace, available for everyone with access to the procedure.

 

eDecisions

 

In both large and small corporations, it can be very difficult to get together all of the relevant parties to make a decision.

 

Email trails can often be lengthy and easily misplaced, which is why we have created a workspace for decisions to take place.

 

You can ensure that each decision maker notes their decision and an audit trail is kept, along with recommendations, research and supporting documents.
